Travel Notary Services are available for an additional fee.

As a mobile notary public, I can come to your home, office or other agreed upon location for your convenience.  There is an additional fee charged to travel to your location based on location, distance, mileage, time, after hour service and the number of documents you needed to be notarized.

Purchase transactions, REO transactions,  HELOC, Refinances, reverse mortgages,  etc. 

E-Document Printing: Negotiable, laser printer available.

Partial document signing completed (10 pages or less) $50.00
Appointment no shows: $25.00.  (Travel fee for no show is the same as if signed.)
 

Trust Signings: $10 per document and signature (legal advice regarding documents cannot be given.  Do not sign these documents without discussing them with an attorney). 

The law office of David A Casey can provide legal services regarding your estate planning needs upon request and a signed retainer. 

Travel fees are allowed if signer agrees to the fees quoted by Notary. Travel fees are separate from the notary fees.
Fees are negotiable based on time of travel and distance to location.

Acknowledgments: $10.00 per signature
Jurats: $10.00
Oaths & Affirmations: $10.00
Proofs: $10.00 Copy of Journal Entry for Public: $.30 cents per page + $10.00 if certified copy
Protest of non-payment or non-acceptance: $10.00 and, in addition, $5.00 for notice of non-payment + 5 for recording protest
Certification of a copy of a power of attorney under Section 4307 of the Probate Code: $10
Additional Information: In accordance with Section 6107, no fee may be charged to a United States military veteran for notarization of an application or a claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran’s benefit.
No fee may be charged to notarize signatures on absentee ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials.
